This week is mental health week, the theme to CMHA’s Mental Health Week is #MYSTORY, and this year CMHA’s are asking people to share their story. We know that collectively and individually, we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are; and each, and every one of us have mental health. We all have different, yet equally valuable stories; we can share our stories to raise awareness and send a message that universal mental health care is important and needed now!
