We are excited to host our annual Supper and Auction Night April 6th! Our theme this year is DECADES - so come dress in your favortite decade attire!
Spilchuk Meats and Catering from Estevan, will be preparing a Ukrainian Supper. The supper includes spilchuks sausage, cabbage rolls, perogies, mushroom gravy, chefs veggie and two salads. and..... you can't forget about dessert! Carmel Layer Dessert, its almost worth just coming for the dessert.
Funds raised from the auction will help with the operational costs of the park, as well as their capital projects planned for the summer; which includes diving board base reconstruction, refurbishing the hot tub, updating kitchen appliances and enhancing family activities within the park.
We will have a silent, live and dutch auction. Cash donations are also accepted and you will be issued a tax receipt for them.
Doors open earlier (4:00) this year to allow for more of a “cocktails” - socializing before we are seated for supper at 5:30.
Tickets are $40, Cash Bar $5, Midnight lunch around 10:00.
