Souris Valley Daycare Inc. is a non-profit, licensed daycare center located in the rural community of
Oungre, Saskatchewan. Our mission is to provide childcare services for children aged 12 months to 12
years of age in a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment. Our goals are to benefit young families
within Oungre and surrounding areas, aid in child development and generate new employment to
strengthen our local economy. SVDC opened in February 2024 and continues to welcome more children,
hire additional staff and flourish.
The SVDC Board of Directors is hosting the 3rd Annual Golf Tournament, Supper and Silent Auction
Fundraiser on Saturday, June 21st at Oungre Memorial Regional Park. This is our largest fundraiser of
the year, providing entertainment, socializing and a delicious meal. Funds raised will further develop the
playground area and allow us to purchase equipment and supplies that are utilized daily by the children.
