In addition to our speakers, an informational expo will be held before our presenters hit the stage, where you can learn all about our dynamic academic and athletic programs, innovative research, and what campus life is really like at the U of R.

Swish Goswami
Swish Goswami, who will join us virtually, is only 25 years old and has already worked with companies like Netflix, the NBA, the NFL and Sony Music. While he has built an amazing career and has been recognized as Startup Canada’s Young Entrepreneur of the year, his true “super-power” skill is teaching people how to be an effective social media storyteller. A LinkedIn Top Voice on entrepreneurship, Swish will teach anyone of any age, how to tell their story online.
Dr. Erica Carleton
Dr. Erica Carleton is an Assistant Professor of Leadership at the Paul J. Hill School of Business and Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business at the University of Regina. She primarily researches the areas of leadership, well-being, and gender. She has received federal, provincial and university funding to conduct her research. She is currently the RBC Women in Leadership Research Scholar at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business. She is a co‐editor of the book Sleep and Work: Research Insights for the Workplace (Oxford University Press, 2016). She has taught courses in organizational behaviour and leadership at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
